How I Grew My Edges Back, FAST!

Hey Coily’s,

How long has it been?

Well, not long at all if you follow me on Facebook, where I post daily :).

If you don’t follow me on facebook, I hope you’ve been well!

Me, I’m blessed. Blogging has opened so many doors for me and I have been taking advantage of it all.

Have you gotten a chance to visit the site recently? It has been completely revamped! Check it out and let me know what you think!

Anywho,

As many of you know I was blessed with a beautiful baby girl back in August and a few months into motherhood I started to experience postpartum shedding.

Well it seems like all that shedding came from my dang hairline cause I woke up one day and realized my edges were GONE!

I mean really gone.

I was just looking at scalp gone! Lol.

Wheww Chile, let me tell y’all how I cried.

Yes, I can admit it, I cried.

Out of all the places to have a bald spot!

BUT!

It’s ok cause the edges are back like they never left!

What I did:

  • I massaged my hairline twice a day! Once in the morning and then again before bed.
  • Cut out any tight styles! I didn’t pull my buns too tight and any braids i got I made sure they were not tight on my hairline.
  • Rubbed Wild Growth Oil on my hairline every other day.
  • I also used a leave in conditioner on my hairline everyday to ensure my edges were moisturized. This is a leave in that i created myself, however, I am currently working on making it available to you guys as well 🙂

By doing these things I saw results in just 2 weeks!

But I didn’t stop there there!

By 4 weeks you couldn’t even tell that my edges had even went on vacation :

For anyone suffering with thin edges and castor oil doesn’t seem to be working for you then give this method a try.

Until next time.

Congratulations on your new baby and thank you so much for this info. I’ve been trying to figure out a good formula to re-grow my edges as well. I’ve always had a thick strong head of hair but having hypothyroidism has changed some of that and my hair began to break off. Specifically my edges front and back. Back has grown back with no problem but the front has been stubborn. Going to try this oil!
